Registration Fee

A $25 non-refundable Application Fee is due at the same time of application submission (check or cash only).

Annual Registration Fee*

A $125 per child non-refundable fee is due at registration and then annually for each year your child is enrolled. If your child(ren) are not attending our summer program, your registration fee is due in June to hold your September space.

Annual Materials Fee*

A materials fee of $250 will be assessed the first month your child attends, and then each September the child continues in the program. This covers the items for earthquake preparedness kits and part of the cost for the richness of materials used byall of the children in the arts program.

Pre-Payment Policy

To maintain stability and continuity of our program, we have implemented a tuition pre-payment policy (beginning Fall 2021). The tuition prepayment is non-refundable and will be applied to the June tuition payment if the student remains enrolled for the entire school year (September – June). The amount will be equal to a full month’s tuition plus an aftercare fee if applicable.

Sibling Enrollment Information

Upon enrollment of your first child, we offer sibling priority for subsequent children in your family to attend our program. It is the parent’s responsibility to request, complete and submit an enrollment application in January of the year the child is age eligible.  It is imperative to note that siblings are given priority to join the school when they turn 2 years old prior to summer or fall start times. We cannot guarantee a space for siblings for our older 3 or 4 year old classrooms.

In addition, siblings are only given priority when the second child is enrolled within 15 months of the last day of the first child or both children are attending Little Owl at the same time.

We offer a 10% reduction in tuition for the second child and any additional children enrolled concurrently.  The 10% discount will apply to the additional child’s monthly tuition and not to any additional fees, such as Materials Fee or After Care.
