If tour goes past three hours, Little Owl School has to right to charge for addional time.

Photo Agreement

By attending, you hereby grant Little Owl Preschool, Inc. all rights, title and interest in any and all photographs and video/audio/electronic recordings of you, including as to your name, image, voice, and likeness made by or on behalf of Little Owl Preschool, Inc. during your visit to the premises. You understand that you will not have any ownership interest in or to such photographs, images and/or recordings, you have not been provided or promised any compensation, and hereby waive any rights, privileges or claims based on any right of publicity, privacy, ownership or any other rights arising, relating to or resulting from the photographs, images and/or recordings.

Participants to any Little Owl School Educator Tours may photograph classroom environments and documentation with the understanding that these images are to be used solely for professional development. Images with the faces of any student of Little Owl School may not be published (either on the web or print). Other images, such as environment, may be used with notation that the location is Little Owl School.
